Shipping costs vary on the weight of the item(s) ordered. You can check this by adding the item(s) to your shopping card and clicking “estimate shipping costs “ and completing the necessary information on the drop down menus, this also applies if you are outside of the UK. Sometimes we may offer free UK postage, this cannot be used with a gift voucher or credit note.

If you require an item urgently or by a specific date please phone us directly on 01458 830727 between 10am and 5.00pm (GMT), we can then check our stock and let you know straight away as to whether we can help.

Items under £20 in value will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Post and items over £20 will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 Post, this is within the UK only.

High value bulky items are normally sent by 48 hour courier delivery to UK address and a signature will be required on delivery, please remember that couriers do not deliver on a Saturday so orders placed on a Friday will not arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest.

Overseas orders are sent by Standard Airmail and delivery times will depend on your country. Imports into your country may be subject to import duty if you are not within the EU, you will be liable for these fees.

Please note that regardless of shipping methods used, all shipping times are approximate and may be subject to factors beyond our control.

If you are unsure what size to order we strongly recommend either calling us for help or indicating your measurements during checkout, and we will then double-check before shipping your parcel. A size guide is provided for your information.

For your safety we accept payment by paypal only, a secure way to make a payment over the internet however if you wish to pay by a credit or debit card please telephone us so we can arrange to take payment. For bank transfer payments please contact us prior to ordering.

Yes, certainly. Just give is a call on 01458 830727 or contact us on the “contact us” page and we will contact you to arrange to get this sent out. Our gift voucher’s are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We would prefer it if vouchers are used in store but they can also be used on the website, you will need to contact us to arrange this and they cannot be used with any special offers or discounts eg. free postage.

In the unlikely event where you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us straight away by either calling us on 01458 830727 or by sending an email to hello@imaginariumglastonbury.co.uk Unless the goods are faulty or damaged return postage fees will be at your expense.

We allow you 14 days after the receipt of your order to contact us if you wish to return them. We will advise you on how to return them properly.
